Cannot select catalog

Hello team,
When trying to make a connection, none of my catalogs are displayed.
During the connection, I was able to select businesses and give permission to edit/manage catalogs. I get the message that the account is connected, but there are no catalogs associated with my FB account (please see this screenshot as a reference: https://prnt.sc/-XmLdOZoCP7R)I’ve been looking at the log, but they’re empty.
Is there anything additional I can take a look at to check this connection?
