    Hello team,

    When trying to make a connection, none of my catalogs are displayed.
    During the connection, I was able to select businesses and give permission to edit/manage catalogs. I get the message that the account is connected, but there are no catalogs associated with my FB account (please see this screenshot as a reference: https://prnt.sc/-XmLdOZoCP7R)

    I’ve been looking at the log, but they’re empty.

    Is there anything additional I can take a look at to check this connection?

    We have checked this in our test environments with the latest version of the plugin and the catalogs created in the connected FB account displayed successfully. Can you please share the screenshots of the catalogs listed in your Facebook business account and the site health info(Tools>Site health>Info>Copy site info)?

    Hi @4m1l4,

    Sorry for the delay in response. Somehow we missed your thread. We have tested the same in multiple test environments with similar catalog names and couldn’t replicate the issue. Can you please try recreating the catalog and try again?
