Cannot select attendants in French version

  • I have a bilingual site (English/French).

    I am interested in purchasing the pro version but I am having difficulty with the free version I am testing.

    The SALON booking page works perfectly in English.

    PROBLEM
    In French, I am unable to select “attendants” when booking an appointment. I am able to select the service, but the next selection is for “date/time”.
    Ultimately, I get this blank page: https://www.testsiteka.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?lang=ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE&sln_step_page=services

    Here is what happens in French:
    1 SELECT SERVICE YES
    2 SELECT ASSISTANT NO result= system selection goes to “date/time”. SELECTION FOR ASSISTANT IS MISSING
    3 SELECT DATE/TIME YES
    4 CHECKOUT YES
    5 BOOKING SUMMARY NO result = https://www.testsiteka.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?lang=ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE&sln_step_page=service

    Other info:
    Site:Tesiteka.com
    All services have unique url for French and unique url for English
    All attendants have unique url for French and unique url for English
    theme: sydney by athemes
    translator: polylang
    translations po + mo
    downloaded from transifex
    filed in: “wp-content/languages/plugins/”
    renamed as described in SALON instructions

    The new version corrected the original problem a bit. I can select service/date/attendant in french.

    However, the translation does not work in French.(english is ok).

    The services are translated, but items like “Make an appointment” and “next” are not translated.

    The po+mo files are filed in: “wp-content/languages/plugins/”.

    Please help. I really want to purchase this plugin but I need to make it work in 2 languages.

    The problem I now have is in the French version the front end first page is fully translated:
    Select service is ok. This page is fully translated.

    The next step, select an attendant is skipped and the selection goes to choose date/time. This page is not in French. It does not get translated.
