Cannot select all for bulk delete

    Hello, I am new to wordpress and the company I am working for has asked me to get their online store up and running again. I am going through old products and categories that need to be deleted however the select all check box is not selecting all the items on the page. It also appears that the word “title” is missing with a broken image in its place. Thanks for any help!!!

    Still no help…I see other posts are getting help but no posts on this topic. WHY IS SELECT ALL NOT WORKING?????????????

    Some debug steps to try:
    – the word “title” does not appear on the products list or categories list pages, only “name”, is this what you mean or am I looking at the wrong pages.
    – check the console for any javascript errors
    – deactivate all other plugins to check none are causing the problem.
    – ensure theme, WordPress and WooCommerce are up to date. Take a backup before updating.
    – switch to the default theme to be able to rule out a theme problem.
    – if you are using a commercial theme, consider asking your theme vendor techs. They know their theme best.
    – please advise outcome of above checks.
    – if the problem continues, best to start with fresh downloads of vanilla WordPress and WooCommerce, and if it now works, add in other elements one-by-one.
    – please post a link to your site.

    I’m suffering from this issue as well, and tried the troubleshooting steps provided by Lorro above. I DID find javascript errors and I was hoping someone with skill in that sort of thing would be able to tell me what the issue is. I posted a screenshot of the console below:

    Hey add0607,
    What ended up working for me was we had to limit the amount of showings per page. I had it set to over a hundred items per page but if you lower it to 50 or below you should be able to select all again. Hope this helps I had to figure this out on my own..

    add0607 view your page source and see if jquery is defined twice. Of course, you can always deactivate things to rule out conflicts, which is almost certainly what you have here.

    Thanks again Mike Jolley for getting back, I’ve figured out the problem.

    Looks like WordPress 4.5 messed up a bunch of plugins and one of my plugins was not up-to-date even though it said was, and that was causing my problem. Site is working great again!
