When selecting a logo under “Header Title Logo” section, I cannot go beyond “Crop image” page, as nothing is shown on the screen. I’m not sure if this is a problem with the plugin or WordPress itself, though. Anyway, thank you in advance for looking into it.

    Hi Joey,

This type of issue is new to me.

Making a wild guess, do you have a CDN or caching plugin active? If so, could you try deactivating it and see if you can process a cropped image then?

Otherwise, please open the Site Health info tab (/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=debug), and copy and share the site info with me. I can then check for plugin conflicts. Feel free to drop the details confidently at our contact page.

If you wish to test for plugin conflicts yourself (and help speed up resolving this issue), please follow this guide.

    Cheers!

Thank you for your prompt response. I do use a caching plugin. Deactivated and tried again, but still didn’t work. I’ve just submitted my site health info via your contact page. Thank you so much for checking this for me.

    Hi Joey,

I found the culprit: The Enhanced Media Library plugin has been abandoned and breaks the image uploader interface from WordPress 5.3 onward. I didn’t dive too deep into it, but it’s probably got to do with the changes listed here.

I recommend disabling that plugin and try uploading a logo again.

I also sent you an email about another issue I recommend you checking out.

    Have a beautiful day!

Hi Sybre, thank you for kindly checking this for me! Yes, removed the said plugin and I was able to upload the logo successfully. Thank you so much. ??
