cannot see website created at subdirectory

I’m running on version 4.2.2 and I customized one folder inside my multiside sub directory installation – i.e. I renamed ‘wp-admin’ folder name to ‘admin’everywhere.
With this information, I find problems in creating subdirectory website. when I go to secondary website, i.e. godigie.com/theme1, it says “error establishing a database connection”. When I go to it’s dashoboard, at godigie.com/theme1/admin, it says,”One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.” When I repair the database, it shows that some tables are missing in database, namely,_posts, _comments, _links, _options, _postmeta and all other tables related to my new secondary website – doesn’t exist.
