    My website had scam attempt and few orders got completed even though they shouldn’t.
    Nothing reflected to paypal account and I am not able to see transaction ID in orders. What is going on with plugin?!

    Sorry to hear about the issue you had with these scam orders.

    You mentioned that you don’t see a transaction ID on the order, but are there any other order notes that indicate why the order status changed?

    If you have logging enabled in the gateway settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout), I would suggest taking a look for a log on the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page for PayPal Checkout from the day this occurred.

    If you don’t have logging enabled currently, I would suggest enabling it- so if this happens again in the future we will have more info.

    Hey @ex501,

    The error message and code (10011) indicate that there was no transaction ID in that attempt, which could be related to the scam attempt being invalid. However, that doesn’t explain why order statuses were updated to Completed.

    Can you take a look at one of those orders and copy/paste the info there (redacting any potentially sensitive info)?

    Thanks for reply. This happens with all orders now. I’ve tried myself to make purchase and problem is still the same.

    To confirm – this happens with all valid purchases now after the scam attempt? If so, it sounds like there is a conflict happening somewhere on the site.

    Without having a detailed look at your site, we cannot pinpoint the cause for this. What I’d recommend first would be going through a conflict test – For more detailed instructions about conflict testing, check out this – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
