Cannot see the Site Reviews settings in Dashboard and not allowed to access

    Hello please help me because the settings for the Site Reviews is missing and I cannot go to the settings/help/docs of the plugin as it all says that “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” please see here –> https://prnt.sc/uxhfef

    This sounds like you have modified your role permissions and now your user roles are missing the required permissions. Here are a few things to try:

    1. Make sure your user account has the admin role.
    2. If you can access the Site Reviews > Tools page, use the “Reset Permissions” tool to fix your role permissions.
    3. As a last resort, you can install the Code Snippets plugin and activate the following snippet: https://pastebin.com/xirrjvUq

    Once the snippet is active, refresh the page once, and then remove it.
