Cannot see the folder in Media Library

  • Hi,
    I am new to WP. I am trying to create folders but cannot see those folders in wordpress when i am logged in as admin.

    I tried loads of plugins but no use. I tried WP Orgranise but still cannot see the folders in Image Library.I have unchecked the option in Settings to save in the folders as per date and year. I checked the permissions of the folders, tried 777 and 755, still cannot see them.I tried Add to server and it failed to install. I created folders in Cpanel in wp-content/ and cannot see them either. Can someone help me ? I am trying to save the images as per product name folders, Please help.

    Many people have the same problem now, it appears because of a 4.3 version update.
    I’d advise you to visit this page on the forum and read the comments. There are a few things being discussed under that post, that might solve the issue. Hope this will help.
