Cannot see the address for orders made on dashboard

    Hi,

    Ive got orders coming through but I cannot for the life of me find where the billing/residential address is for the orders that have successfully been purchased.

    I can find them directly in the database but surely the plugin allows for this to easily be seen from the dashboard without having to look for it in the database.

    I’m using wp eCommerce version 3.8.8.5

    Please can someone advise?

    There should be a Sales Log link under the main Dashboard in wp-admin.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    I cant see anything relating to Sales Log.

    All I have is Sales Summary, Sales by Month, Sales by Quarter and Get Shopped News. Seems a bit strange. I also deactivated all other plugins and I still cant see anything.

    Any other places it could be?
    Like I say I can look in the database but thats a bit of a mission.

    Might have to rebuilt the site and try out woo commerce.

    Hi stemie, please find Sale details under Dashboard > Store Sales, from here select the Sale to view the Sale details including billing/shipping address and other Sale details.
