cannot see Product Data in Editor after update

  • hi there, having an issue with my wife’s WooCommerce Products after 4.41 update and WP5.5. the product data area no longer shows up in the editor though some fields are available in QuickEdit. we have disabled all plugins except WooCommerce (WC) and reverted to 2017 theme and are still not able to see Product Data.

    i would like to possibly roll back to an earlier WC version but i did update the database and did not install a backup plugin for WC previous to this issue so i’m not sure how to restore older WC/WP databases via something like cPanel to a different path. i’ve staged the site just now but did not do this previously, so unfortunately would have to restore database to a new path.

    anyway, advice appreciated!

    hi there – as of the last testing the problem has not been solved but someone mentioned a recent version of WC fixed this and i have not tested that newer version.

    i did get a workaround using a bulk Editor plugin (WOOBE) but i as far as i know the original WC is still not working nor able to update the database. will check in the next few days and see.
