Cannot see pictures

    This plugins seems to be great but I don’t see the pictures on the results page, using chrome or firefox.
    I read that it was caused by a conflict between the theme (custom version of Parament), but I can’t turn this theme off and use the default one, my website is too popular.
    Could you give me a few hints on what’s may be causing thoses issues? I’m currently experiencing very long loading times on my websites, and some error 500. I tried disabling a few plugins but it does not change anything.
    I have edited the functions.php of my theme, and added some functions on it. If I restaure it, it’ll create some errors on my site because some functions will be missing.
    Could it work on a local clean wordpress installation, by reading the .json file?

    HI auberlu,

    The most likely problem is that your theme is loading another version of jquery or jquery.ui in the admin section and it’s conflicting with P3. You can check for errors in the browser’s error console.

    You can look for calls to wp_enqueue_script and wp_register_script in your theme to see if it’s loading jquery.ui and if it’s a custom version instead of the bundled version with WordPress.

    Alternately …. you can set up another WordPress site (locally) with P3 and just copy down the *.json files from your production site’s wp-content/uploads/profiles folder to your local site site’s wp-content/uploads/profiles folder. The local site will be able to view the scans for you.

    I am facing a similar problem with graphs not loading in chrome or FF.

    There was one instance where it suddenly worked and did give in very useful stats. But a second run resulted in the same problem…

    Is there is simpler fix?

    ok. for now I find that the plugin does well on IE – so am getting the stats pretty good…

    I guess I am happy with that for now.
