  • Have you tried disabling all of your plugins 1-by-1 as this will likely resolve the issue. If the problem persists you can also try activating the default TwentySixteen theme.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello there.
For solving it ASAP, you need to check this two a lt first.
    1. What did you do just before when you faced this problem?
Actually, most of technical problems are because of new or updated plug-in. That’s why you need to know that.
    2. Can you see the pictures on the posts including a picure you cannot see in the media library?

Plz anwser to me about above questions

@bank113: This is quite a common issue which usually is related to insufficient file permissions on your server. We’ve covered a few common solutions in this article: How to fix blank thumbnails in the WordPress Media Library.

@themesumo I have already deactivated all plug-in and activate twentysixteen theme but it sill not fixed

@Yeo-hwang Yun I think it occured after my last updated all plug -in and wordpress
Can you see the pictures on the posts including a picure you cannot see in the media library?
-all of the old pictures can see in the post but all feature images is disappear and i cannot upload new pictures

@mh-themes I have already did all step in your links but still not worked

Well, then this pretty much seems to be a hosting related issue, especially if you can’t upload images and if you still have issues after you’ve activated the default theme, deactivated plugins and also ensured that the file permissions on your server are sufficient. In that case you probably would need to contact GoDaddy again so that they can do further analysis. Ensure that you speak with their technical support and not with general support reps as they may not be very familiar with this.

i think it happen after i activated Compress JPEG & PNG images

I have an even stranger one. WordPress running on IIS / Windows 2012 Enterprise Server with MySQL back end.

I have no problems seeing the images in the media library when connected and within our corporate network but can’t see anything when connected and using outside network.

    This is strange… firewall issue?

I have the same problem. I cannot upload and use the images in the media library. I tried to uninstalled all my plugins. Then I can now see the images in the media library. I can now upload my logo directly on theme site identity. Thanks.
