Cannot see options in Eco Friendly customizer

    I am using the Eco Friendly PRO theme, by Pinnacle Themes.

    When I go to Appearance/Customize, I can see a link for EXPORT/IMPORT >

    When I click that link, the left hand menu area is just blank. No option to export or import.

    I have a support email in to Pinnacle, but their responses have been pretty shoddy in the past, so I thought I’d double-up and ask you, while I’m waiting to get not much back from them.
