Cannot See My .dat Files to Import

  • I cannot see my theme’s .dat files to import. When I exported and get their .dat file it shows available to import but all my other .dat files do not appear as available. I tried zipping and importing but it said: Error importing settings! Please check that you uploaded a customizer export file.

    So maybe there are more instructions that I am missing? Please help!
