Cannot see members or groups auto populating

  • Hi

    When I add a folder and try to select the members or groups, I can’t see them being autopopulaed in the field as they should be.

    This plugin is great, and I only just found it last night. It’s really an answer to the solution I’ve been looking for, and it’s a shame I can’t seem to make it work.

    Depsite having the membername test, I can’t see it beig autopopulated.

    I also have the most up-to-date plugin version.

    I’d really appreciate your help.

    Please open developer tools in your browser and test. In the console tab, do any errors show? If so, which ones? Also, have you tried deactivating all plugins except for BuddyPress and BuddyDrive and testing with one of the default WordPress themes?
