Cannot see it in some computers

Hi have been receiving complains that the wp float cannot be seen in some of the computers. It works fine in mine but some computers cannot see the wp float. I tested it out in apple store and found that the site does load the wp float at the beginning but its completely despairs once the site has loaded.
