Cannot see images in the gallery

I did not have this problem before with older version of the plugin.

What problem?

I cannot see images in the gallery (forum topic). In previous versions I could see images and edit. I do not see images inside the gallery any more since the latest upgrade. Please help.

Are you talking about the admin panel or the frontend?

I am talking about admin panel. I have several galleries and for none of them the images are showing up. I click edit gallery, options show up, but when I click on images, section expands but images do nto show up. Where are they now and how do I edit? I watched the video and they should be displayed below the buttons for Bulk Actions, I see the buttons but nothing else. I was able to see them and edit them before the upgrade, cannot do that any more. Front end is fine. Please help.

Are you able to open the console of your browser? Usually you can see it pressing F12. Once open go under the Console tab and look if you see any error and report them, in case.

I’d also try to clean the cache of the browser, sometimes scripts are cached.

Same problem here.
I’ve cleared the cache, but nothing changes. The console does not report anything either.

I’ve found that I can make the images reappear by adding a new picture. Then I can edit the gallery at leisure… as long as I don’t quit the screen.
One thing I cannot do, however, is deleting individual images. If I try to, nothing happens.

I opened console and there are no errors. i cleared the cache and no change.

As SomniumLucidus reported, I was able to add an image, than the gallery would appear and I could edit. Thank you for that tip. It was difficult to delete as the text over the image did not work, it would just bring me to the top of the page. I was able to delete by selecting the image and clicking the delete button above images.

And as SomniumLucidus said, once I saved and went to a different gallery or screen, when I returned I had the same issue. It is too much work to have to add, than delete a new image to see the gallery just to be able to edit. Please assist.

Hi – I can’t see the images either. If I Add an image, the gallery will appear.

I can’t delete an image though in this case.

Using Chrome and Firefox on Windows 7.
