Cannot see historical data

    Just installed Analytify and connected to my Google Analytics but I can only see the data for today (and no historical data). Is that normal?

  • Hi @cwhlin

    If the Google Analytics was properly setup before on your site then you should get the historical data.

    However, if you just installed Analytify and set up Google Analytics then there is no historical data to be populated.
