    Hello.

What style are you using with the countdown? Are you using it as a widget or shortcode? The link you provided is not found, are you sure you provided the correct domain name?

Ohh I am really sorry. The domain is :

    https://www.varunwedsavanti.in

I have installed the plugin via a theme called “Vintage Wedding”. I purchased the theme from Themeforest

I assume you are using a shortcode? Can you share the shortcode you are using? Specifically, the style attribute.
Update: On further inspection, it seems you are using a sidebar widget. What value to you have selected under the style dropdown?

Hi…Yeah I have used it as a sidebar widget. Now its working properly as I have done the update. But, the “vintage” style that was meant for the theme is gone.

Can you help me get the CSS Style – Vintage back?

Was “Vintage” a custom style that you created? The plugin does not come with a style named vintage.

I told you. That style was bundled with the theme I purchased. The theme name is “Vintage Wedding” theme. I know its not a default style in your plugin. I am just asking you if you could help me search for the style in my theme files as I have no clue how to get that custom style back again?

After the update, the custom style “Vintage” is gone

ah so! now it all makes sense. the developers of your vintage theme has included (an outdated version of) our plugin and with it a fancy new style called “vintage”… so when you updated the plugin… poof! it disappeared like magic–and not the good kind of magic.

We have scraped this custom theme and will include it with the plugin. Look for an update in the next 10 minutes.

How about that? You spend $35 bucks on a theme and we help support it for free. Genus, I need to figure out that game ??

    Standby for update.

Ohh cool! Thanx a lot Sir! I will be really grateful to you.

Please update to version 2.2.12. The style you will want to use is called *cloud city* because vintage is one of those words that has lost meaning since the hipster invasion.
Do let us know if you get everything working!

Awesome!! Its working great!! You are the best….Thank you so much ??

Glad to hear it! If you don’t mind, please consider leaving a review to let others know how happy you are. Thank you, and make it a great day.

    Hello Baden,

I am one of the developers of Vintage Wedding Theme.

I honestly don’t know how can you complain about something you did willingly. You had no obliation of offering support, you could have easily redirected Mr. varunipatel to the theme’s support team and say that this is an issue for the theme developers, not you. This way Mr. varunipatel would have had an answer from a developer who knows that personal frustrations should be kept away from conversations/support with clients.

Also you are not licensed for “scraping off” a premium theme style, even if it is used with your plugin, so please refrain from using the “cloud city” style for your plugin.

    All the best!

    Alina,

Thank you for your kind words. This issue has been resolved. If you would like to open a new thread, we would be happy to address your issue there.
