Cannot see another User’s Profile Page

    Hi, currently I’m still testing the plugin. I have 2 users on my website. The administrator and 1 member user. I installed the Custom User Profile Slug extension to customize the permalink for the user’s page. When I want to see another user’s profile page, the URL works with the custom slug that I set. But, the profile page that is shown is not the user’s profile, it always shows the profile of my account that I use to log in.

    For example, when I log in with my administrator account, then I click on another member profile. It shows the administrator profile page. But the URL is for the member profile page, and vice versa. Why it’s happening like that?

    Hello @anatawiranata,

    This issue seems to be related to htaccess file permission on your site. Please make sure that the htaccess file is writable on your site and then?check after saving the permalink settings once from “Settings >> Permalinks” in dashboard.?
