Cannot see all products although the Read Permission is enabled

    Dear friends,

    I used “PublishPress Capabilities” to copy “Shop manager” or “Administrator” role to the new role “KOL” WITHOUT any change and then users with KOL role can access all products on my website. After taking away all other useless permissions such as Edit, Delete and all other admin permissions …etc and keep Read-Only for all products, all users of KOL role cannot see any product (although I can see their numbers proving they are existing).

    Do you know why and how to fix this problem ?

    Hi @cloudchan

    Thanks for using PublishPress.

    The “read” capability is only for the frontend, not the backend (WP-admin). If you want users to be able to view the product in the backend (WP-admin), they need the “edit” capability.
