Until the last WP and WC updates, I could search for products by SKU from the Product Dashboard. Now, no SKU searched returns any results, even though the item is in WC. How do I fix this? This is mission critical and WC is unusable without it.

I have looked into this further and Woocommerce is not searching ANY META data at all. So only information in the post body or title can be found.

Same here. After last update search by SKU is not working at all.
    Can anyone help?

Will be fixed in 3.3.2 (probably releasing early next week): https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/18843

Claudiu, will it fix the meta_data search in general or just SKU?

@ikaras, I was able to work around it by installing the Search Everything plugin. It is easily found. It is working right on the backend for SKUs only.

Hey Zack thanks man but it doesn’t seem to work on my theme. Unfortunatelly I cant find the SKU search on the plugin’s settings.
I’ll wait for the next update.
Hopefully they ll release it next week.

@ikaras, it’s not actually listed on there. Check the box that says Search every custom field:(metadata). Then it will search SKU. I also use ATUM inventory as a plugin and the search works on that but, it complicates WC so if you don’t need it don’t use it. Hope that helps!
