Cannot search pages past 1st page

I cannot seem to go get past page 1 in any of the pages I go to within my blog admin when i want to install themes, plugins, etc. I can see and do everything i need to do on the first page. but, when i click to go to page 2 or click the arrow to go to next page it goes right back to the admin page. or, for example, when i go to theme search and type in “all” it brings up 66 pages. I can view and download from the first page. but, then when i try to go to page 2 it goes right back to the orignal search page.
Why is it doing this and what do i do?
