Cannot save YASR settings while editing post or page

    Hello,

    When I’m editing my page or post I cannot change the YASR settings.

    On the edit post page at the top right I can see the YASR settings box. Here I have options to change the star rating and also set what the rating is about (eg. product, blogpost etc.)

    If I adjust the rating or change the “This review is about” drop down to a new item and click “publish” then all the settings revert back. No changes stick.

    It’s important that I make changes because it has an effect on Structured data.

    Anyone have this problem?

    Hello, this is pretty strange.

    CAn you please open your browser console (using F12) ans see if there is any javascript error?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your quick response.

    No, there is nothing in the console. When I set type “product” to type “blog posting” click “select” the widget writes “type saved”

    Then I proceed to publish the page. The page reloads and the type is back to “product”.
