Cannot save token if user use UnionPay

There is not option for this type card

Thanks for reaching out! From what I understand, UnionPay is not among the alternative payment methods that PayPal itself accepts. Therefore, it is not available through the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway plugin options.

Nevertheless, feel free to submit a feature request regarding this.

There is some point here:

– Customer already pay successfully
– We use Recurring Billing (Subscription) , we already got the token and I can see the token with UnionPay logo in Braintree Dashboard

Thanks for getting back to us.

The Braintree document you linked to mentions that “UnionPay is currently in beta and is only available to EU merchants”.

At the moment, our plugin Braintree for WooCommerce doesn’t provide any support for paying with UnionPay cards.

It is correct that there is a CHINA_UNION_PAY variable in the code, but this is part of the Braintree library. No additional code has been added to support these types of cards.
