Cannot save the media folder

The media folder will not save and thus the file name will not load, so it doesn’t work in the Media Library……
Using Firefox 32, Google Chrome 32, Windows Sevenn

I’m getting an error when trying to add the folder id.
“Google drive folder does not exist”.
I’ve tried on a Google Apps account and a free gmail account with same results.
I’ve made the folder public.
