    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

No, I don’t have such a list, unfortunately, and from my experience, it’s actually the theme that cause the problems, in most cases.
So, my suggestion is to temporarily switch to the WordPress default theme TwentyTwelve, and to check if the problem persists there. If so, try deactivating those other plugins one by one, until the problem does not longer happen. You have then found the plugin that causes the trouble.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Thanks for the quick reply!
Just for future reference, disabling “WordPress Poll Version 33.5 | By Vinoj Cardoza” helped.
Now the Save Changes button actually does something! :o)

Next challenge will be to make the table just as wide as it needs to fit the content. I have seen plenty of comments on that so that should work.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

thanks for this information! Great to hear that you found the reason for the problem. Then this plugin is inserting its JavaScript code in to the TablePress admin screens, which it should not be doing.
You will have to deactivate this plugin, or contact its developer and ask him to fix this.

For the width: Yes, please take a look at the other threads that discuss this. The TablePress FAQ at https://tablepress.org/faq/ might also be helpful, if you want to set column widths.

    Regards,
    Tobias
