cannot save settings

    I have no wordfence or login security settings preventing this app from saving nor chmod settings that prevent saving, but the addon wont’ save the username or any other data (also no explanation if to use ‘@username’ or ‘username’ or not when adding username), no setup instructions at all even in the plugin page, except ;’download and install and off we go’ which is dumb. I find the app dysfunctional and has a grand lack of installation documentation. Anyway it doesn’t work as cannot save settings

    Hello,

    Sorry about the inconvenience.

    Do you see any error message like “Unable to Save Changes”? or do you see the message “Changes saved” but they are actually not saved when you reload the page?
