Cannot save polls

I am having this same problem. It used to work fine for about a year. I’ve had the same poll up for several months (and it’s continued to gather votes and everything) so I didn’t know there was a creation problem. But I just went to create my first new poll in several months, and I can enter question/answers, but it doesn’t save. Any luck resolving this one?

ETA: I am using UMP Polls Version 1.0.4 and WordPress version 3.2.1.
