Cannot save Meta Description for Image Attachment Pages

  • Hi,

    I am trying to add Meta Description to my image attachment pages, using “Meta Description” text area under “Search Engine Listing”. When I enter the meta description and hit “update”, after submit, the “Meta Description” text area becoming empty, and no meta description can be seen in the page source. How can I fix this problem?

    Update: I remember that there’s a “Meta Description Editor” and it can edit meta description for image attachments. But since my site has thousands of images, it’s really hard to find the image – because there’s no “search” option, even no sorting option at that page.

    Wp version
    Plugin version
    and Server
    Wamp or xampp
