Cannot save header template

    I’m trying to customize a new website theme, but every time I’m editing the Header, I’m unable to save it.
    I have first the error message “Saving failed.” and if I click a second time on the save button, a second error message appears: “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”

    Hi @marcsdn

    Please try to set the permalinks settings to “Post Name” and recheck this issue.

    If this doesn’t help, send us a screenshot showing the error you got via this form and we will help you further from there.

    Hi Alaa,

    This worked perfectly! Thanks a lot.
    However, I have a new issue now (on the same page): I cannot insert any content in my page… Only the headers and footers are appearing… Am I doing something wrong?
