Cannot save Duplicator file

    I am able to create the package just fine.

    Then, able to download install file.

    But, when I attempt to save the Duplicator file, it goes to a 404 “Page Not Found” error. I return to the Duplicator page and the package still shows there, but I cannot download it.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times, but no go.

    Also, I have used Duplicator successfully on two other sites that are almost identical in configuration and they are fine.

  • Hey Kepipro,

    Check the wp-snapshots directory to see if the package name your trying to download exists. If it doesn’t then you will need to run another create to generate another package. The wp-snapshot directory is in the same location as your wp-config.php file…

    Ah, yes, you’re right, it is there and I downloaded it from my ftp program… thank you. But, when I try to download from my wp admin area, it throws me to a 404 error page… fyi.

    Hey kepipro,

    I’m not 100% sure why that is happening on your system. Maybe clear your browser cache. What browser are you using? If you want to submit a support ticket I could login to your system and see what might be going on…
