• I am using the Chained Logic for WatuPRO and WAtuPRO plug-ins. I have completed a chained logic quiz and it works in the sense that it follows the logic, completes correctly, produces grades, and even a user certificate. However, as one might expect, I made a few mistakes in the chained logic and need to correct them.
    When I change the logic by pulling down and selecting different questions to go to, I am unable to save the changes. When I press the “Save Chained Quiz Logic” button at the bottom of the page, I get a message saying “waiting for [my website]” and then the page reloads without any of the changes taking effect.
    Does anyone know why this might be happening or what I might do to correct it? I have written several e-mails to technical support and all that happened is the tech support guy made the plug-in disappear. I have reloaded the latest version of the plug-in, but it still doesn’t save. Are their other plug-ins that I should temporarily disable in order to get Chained Logic to save correctly?

    There are no known issues with the chained logic addon. Please contact support again and give them a chance to help. WordPress does not allow us to provide pro support in these forums.

    Obviously there is a problem with the Chained Logic add-on or I would be able to save my changes.
    My e-mails of 26 June and 28 June to Bob at Kiboko Labs have not been answered. I don’t know if Bob is sick, has been hit by a truck, or is watching the World Cup. How many times do you think I should write?

    I have written about the problem of being unable to save my chained quiz four times since you responded to my first e-mail of 26 June 2018. I sent a second e-mail on 26 June to which you have not responded. I have also sent e-mails to all three of your support addresses — [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] — on 28 June and 5 July 2018. I have received no responses to any of these pleas for help. Nor have I received any evidence that you have seen these e-mails, which I sent with a request for a read receipt.
    It’s possible that you accidentally blacklisted my e-mail address. If so, please look in your “junk” folder for my e-mails on the above dates.
    I know that you received my first e-mail of 25 June 2018 because you replied to it. That e-mail contains an administrative log-in for our WordPress site. Please find that e-mail, log into the site, and see for yourself that the Chained Quiz logic cannot be modified and saved. Try changing the last answer of question ID 37 from go to (ID: 180) to (ID: 100). After the “Save Chained Quiz Logic” button at the bottom of the bottom of the page is pressed, the page will refresh and the answer will revert to the original logic (ID: 180). This test should address your comment “There are no known issues with the chained logic add-on.”
    After completing this test, please reply to my e-mail of 25 June 2018 and let me know what you saw. Please do not try to fix the problem yet. The last time your tried that, you wiped out the entire quiz and my partner and I had to reinstall it. I have more information to send that might help you fix the problem.
