I’ve used RSSSL for years and never had an issue. This is odd: no matter how many times I select “301 .htaccess redirect” and save it, it reverts to 301 php redirect. The dashboard still says “Fix.” What might be the issue? Thank you.

What is the domain where you have this issue? I’d like to check the .htaccess redirect test page in the plugin.

Do other settings, like the mixed content fixer, save without issues?

    Do you have debugging enabled?

Can you download the system status file from the dashboard, and send it to us at support(at)really-simple-ssl.com? That might give us some clues.

Yes, other toggles save without issue. I will send the system status file, assuming I can find it as I’ve never done that.

I’m sorry, I don’t know where/how to download the system status file. I’m not seeing it on either the main WP admin dashboard or the Really Simple SSL dashboard.

You can find the system status in the ‘Settings -> General’ section, you can download it by pressing the ‘Download’ button next to the ‘System status’ text.
