Cannot run performance test

Hi there,

I am very new to Hummingbird and I am trying to run the initial performance test, however I receive the following error:

The performance test didn't return any results. This could be because you're on a local website (which we can't access) or something went wrong trying to connect with the testing API. Give it another go and if the problem persists, please open a ticket with our support team.

stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure
stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto
stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://wpmudev.com:443 (Unknown error)

Could you please advise what could be the problem?
