Cannot run installation script, "page not found"

This is very interesting I notice that I am having the same issue. I am installing WordPress on the my host account as well. I can see the files are there but when clicking on them it says page not found. It seems a bit strange we are all having the same issue over a time period of 13hrs. Could there be something wrong with WordPress link?
