    Hi,

    No matter what I do the scan will not complete, I’ve tried all of the solutions offered on the support docs and it freezes around 10mins in and does not complete

    Hi @algraham93,

    As you’ve already tried the supporting documentation for scans, it may assist us in this case to see a report from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics menu. You can send that to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
