Cannot restore website

    My webiste went down and I tried to restore it with Vivid plugin using vivid backups which I uploaded to the site. Half way through it came up with “undefined error” then tells me that an [error]backup failed error unknown.

    What can I do?

    You actually answered the problem, since I had changed PHP versions since the backup
