    Hi @kenlucyk

Looks like the URL you provided does not allow to download the backup file.
Could you please check if it’s due to broken file, or forbidden access?

Simply visit the URL and check if you can download the backup, once you the download finish check if you can extract the backup using WinRAR or 7Zip or any other extraction tool.

If you did success with the extraction, please try to upload the backup manually.
You can do that using our Upload Area below Backup(s) list.

Otherwise if the backup is broken, and you can’t extract the files, try to toggle option named Use direct downloading - that will remove .htaccess protection right before download (can solve download issues)., if it’s enabled disable it, if it’s disabled enable it, you can do that in section named “Other options”.

Once you save the settings try to use Super Quick Migration once again.
If it also fail with the same error message, the last hope will be FTP.

You can download the backup directly through FTP, you can find path to the backup under Upload Area located below Backup(s) list.

Once you download the backup via FTP, you can try to upload it using the same zone, on your destination site.

Let me know if any of above solutions worked for you.
    Thank you! ??
