Cannot restore backup (Error Info: 0 : a:0:{})

    I try to restore a backup from some days ago and on the restore page after clicking the restore button I get the following message:

    ABBRUCH: Konnte die Informationen, welche Einheiten wiederherzustellen sind, nicht finden.

    Bei einer Support-Anfrage, füge diese Informationen bei: 0 : a:0:{}

    What does the error message 0 : a:0:{} mean?

    Why can’t I restore the backup?

    Hi,

    That should ask you to send us a copy of the restoration log and for some reason it is not displaying the correct message.
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link here.
