Cannot request new password?

Hello, i’ve notice that when use request to change forgotten password, he gets messed up message and when he clicks on the link, it redirects him to the same page to request password. Nothing happens. Example:
I’m usng 2.0.19 ver. of Ultimate member.

If i cannot update to that version? I’ve sayed it before, i have those extensions that are not up to last version and they will broke.
But i have discover the problem. The thing is the email you get for new password is all messed up.
Like that. And when someone click the link for new password, they open the link with id=5″ … this ” too. So they don’t get the right link, and noone will will notice to remove ” … How can we fix this? Looks like the email CODE is broken.
I’m using 2.0.19. Is that a problem in this version, any fix for me? I’ve deactived all plugins, but looks like the problem is in Ultimate member 2.0.19
If you cannot tell me how to fix this CODE so it can show correctly, can you guide me from where to delete all those tags, only leaving the message.
