Cannot Reprint Shipping Label, Elipsis Menu will not open

    Hello, Im having trouble reprinting a label on a Woocommerce order. When I use the 3 dots (elipse) menu they change from horizontal to vertical but nothing happens. Is there a solution to this or another option to see the label?

  • This sounds to me like there is a software conflict causing a JavaScript error.

    Does the same behavior persist under the following conditions:

    1. An unmodified, default WordPress theme active
    2. No other plugins active except for WooCommerce, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, and Jetpack
