Cannot Reply to a ticket as admin

    Hi… Im trying the free features of awesome support, and all works great except one part. I cannot reply to a ticket as admin or support agent or support manager. when i type the response and hit either reply or reply and close the site loads and it does not save the response. any ideas? ive disabled all plugins apart from awesome and still the same.
