Cannot replace custom avatar image

    Hello,

    Users on our site are not able to replace their avatars. When a user goes to his edit profile page and uploads an avatar it does not replace the current avatar. After uploading the avatar the page shows “User updated.” message at the top but the avatar image does not change.
