Cannot render support page

    Hi, after installing your plugin successfully I tried to visit page that is generated during setup (i.e. /support-portal) on my site. All what I can get is

    Support Portal
    Loading Customer Portal. Please wait…

    What I did wrong?

    Hello @envox ,

    The support portal and the customer portal are different. To view the customer portal, you can try using incognito mode or try from a different browser using a different email which is not an admin email and support staff email.

    Yes, I did exactly what you wrote. If I visit the site as an admin (or support agent) I get the following message:

    Support portal
    Customer Portal is only accessible by Customers. Looks like you are a support staff
    Go to Support Admin Page

    (Please note that Support portal is the page title autogenerated by the plugin during configuration).
