Cannot remove the name field

I have this coded on my site
[smlsubform prepend=”” showname=false emailtxt=”Email:” emailholder=”[email protected]” showsubmit=true submittxt=”Subscribe” jsthanks=false thankyou=”Thank you for subscribing to our mailing list”]

but it still shows the name field. I only want the email field shown.
