Cannot remove some lines

I installed and am running your matrix bold template but cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the word ‘Monthly’ and the price that appears below the large printed price. I want to replace this with some text. In fact, some of this text is duplicating.
Also, why can I not remove ALL the table rows that have checkmarks/Xs on them? They serve no purpose for me or my client.
