Cannot remove “Other Info” field upon creating account

I thought I would be able to find this under the settings, but it doesn’t seem to be the case.

I’ve been testing out the pop-up booking form, and when I am prompting to create a new account (setmore) or to log in with my google or facebook, the second page that asks me for the phone number and address, also has a field underneath that which says “Other Info” and in it I have “Name” as a place holder, with an asterisks, meaning it has to be field out.

I’m already a little annoyed that the users have to create an account to begin with – rather than just fill in their customer profile details (I’m assuming there’s no way around this?). But would at least like for them not to have to fill in their details twice.. I’m mostly trying to avoid losing clients by asking too much of them right away.

Anyway, being able to remove this field – which seems like an optional one I would have put in my settings at some stage – would be a huge improvement.
