Cannot remove old orders from LearnPress

  • Hello, I am having an issue with the deletion of the old orders in LearnPress -> Orders. We are ready to publish our website and we have made test orders in the past. Now when I click delete orders, there are no existing orders but in the All section and Completed there is the number of all the old orders. Please let me know how to fix this.

    Hi,

    Step 1: move the order to the trash
    Step 2: Go to the Trash to remove the old order

    Hi, I did so the thing is that the counter on All and Completed is not changing. I have deleted all the orders and emptied the trash and it is still showing that there are 100 orders on All and on Completed. ( There are no results shown beneath ).
