• The plugin seems to work fine but it didn’t suit my purposes. I was having trouble removing it, but it turns out it was operator error and not the fault of the plugin developers. The developer, Smash Balloon, offers support for both the paid and free versions.

There does not appear to be an easy way to remove this plugin once it’s been installed. It can be deactivated but it is still there on the dashboard. There is no support for the free version, so one cannot contact them for help.

Why did you not even try to start a support topic?

    Hey Kf007,

We do provide support for both the Free and Pro versions of our plugins. We would be happy to assist you with a problem if you are using the Free version. You will find our Support page here for our Twitter plugin.

Additionally, if you have deactivated the plugin from within your WordPress Dashboard – Plugins section the Dashboard link to the plugin settings is designed to disappear. Then simply delete the plugin from the same area.

If this is not working as intended on your site we would be happy to help and would appreciate if you are willing to reconsider such a low rating for an issue which we can so easily fix for you. Thank you.
